Thank you for shopping at Christian's Fine Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window:
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to return eligible items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in good condition, slightly used, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made jewelry can not be returned.
- For purchases over $5000, a 90% refund will be issued unless stated otherwise by store management.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is free for receiving any purchase.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Please allow 1-3 days for store credit to be processed after we receive your returned items.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only if the exchanged item costs the same or less. If the exchanged item costs more, customers are responsible for the additional payment. Terms may vary when visiting the physical store at the manager's discretion.
Restocking Fees and Exceptions:
No restocking fees apply for returned items. All items except watches are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Additional Terms:
- International returns are not accepted.
- Holiday returns may take 1-2 months to process, and store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
